Public security bureau

According to the Institutional Reform Plan of Zhaodong Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Public Security Bureau was established as a working department of the municipal government。

(1) To carry out the national, provincial and Suihua municipal public security work guidelines, policies, laws and regulations, deploy the city's public security work and guide, inspect and supervise the implementation of the situation。 

(2) Analyze and study the enemy situation and social security situation of the city, provide key information on social security for the municipal Party committee, the municipal government, and the public security organs at higher levels, and study and propose countermeasures。 

(3) To investigate cases endangering state security, criminal cases and economic cases, organize actions, investigate and deal with major cases, deal with major and general cases endangering social security, and deal with major and general disasters and accidents endangering social security。 

(4) Responsible for the ideological and political work of the city's public security police and the revolutionary and regularized construction of the team, as well as the education and training of public security police。 

(5) To organize and implement security work for Party and state leaders and important foreign guests visiting our city。 

(6) Supervise the security work of municipal organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions according to law, guide the security work of enterprises and institutions, and guide the construction of security organizations of enterprises and institutions。 

(7) To administer public security, household registration, residents' bodies, firearms, ammunition and explosives, and highly toxic substances according to law。 

(8) To administer the state Department in accordance with the law, organize and guide the administration of outbound, inbound, and residence and travel of foreigners in China。 

(9) To guide the work of municipal fire control supervision, fire prevention and anti-fire education。 

(10) To administer the city's road traffic safety, maintain traffic order, and manage motor vehicles and drivers according to law。 

(11) To be responsible for the management and construction of detention centers and administrative detention centers, to inspect and supervise the law enforcement activities of the city's public security organs。 

(12) To guide the city's armed police and fire control forces, and strengthen team building。 

(13) To guide and supervise the security supervision of public information networks by the municipal public security organs。 

(14) To formulate guidelines, plans and measures for the training of public security organs, public security education and public security publicity in the city, and to inspect and supervise the implementation。Manage cadres according to the prescribed authority。 

(15) To formulate rules and regulations for the supervision and management of the municipal public security team and analyze the status of the team。To organize and guide the supervision work of public security organs, carry out supervision over cadres according to the prescribed limits of authority, investigate and punish or supervise the handling of major disciplinary violations of public security forces。 

(16) To guide and coordinate the work of public security organs of railway, forestry and other departments within the city。 

(17) To undertake other work assigned by the Municipal Party Committee, the municipal government and the superior business authorities。
